The first exhibit ever of the Clearfaced movement was posted at the Art Institute of Sacramento. There were 62 posters. A group of 36 clearfaced entries hung humbly alongside the 26 letters of the Clearface font in four consecutive computer labs.
Beside the posters are hand out invitations for students and staff to "clear their mind and face what is hidden" by joining the movement.
The bright colors celebrate the vibrancy and power of honesty, especially in large doses.
The posters brought a lot of attention to Clearface and to the work of Morris Fuller Benton.
The clearfaced entries were also able to connect those who hide alone to others just like them.
